Nationally Accredited Training
Agenda Communication is registered to deliver the nationally accredited Unit of Competence, Participate in Basic Workplace Communication (TLIE307A), which is part of the Transport and Logistics Training Package (TLI07).
The key skills covered in the unit are:
- Communicate information about routine tasks, processes, events or skills;
- Participate in group discussions to achieve appropriate work outcomes; and
- Represent views of the group to others
Successful completion of this Unit of Competence leads to a nationally- recognised Statement of Attainment.
As with all our training programs, we conduct pre-assessment interviews with potential participants to determine their needs and readiness to attend the training program.
