Are you interested in improving your understanding of English grammar?
Are you interested in exploring ways to teach grammar more effectively to adult learners of English? Would you like to participate in a unique PD program that will help you do both, right here in WA? If so, here’s your chance.
The Department of Training and Workforce Development is funding two Action- Learning Professional Development programs under the title "Teach Me Grammar" Running from March to August / November this year in Perth, they will each cater to a group of 12 WA-based language and literacy teachers of adults – CaLD learners, Indigenous learners, Deaf learners, native-English-speaking learners etc.
Selection for participation will be competitive, but the program itself will be free of charge and you can also apply for financial assistance to attend (travel, accommodation costs etc).
The deadline for applications is 5.00pm Thursday 16 February.
