This practical, hands-on workshop can be run as a half-day basic, or full-day comprehensive program.
It focusses on developing the key skills for effective goal-setting which may be used for personal or workplace purposes. It includes:
Why set goals?
What are SMART Goals?
Personal / Workplace goals
Practical activities to practise:
identifying and setting goals
planning a pathway towards achieving goals
Identifying milestones and measures of success (KPIs)
identifying potential threats to success
Staying on track
Please Note: The Full-Day workshop can be customised to focus on the development of one or two of your organisation's specific goals. Participants will leave with a working plan (including milestones and KPIs) ready for implementation.
